Jamendo has a nice-looking signup page. The icons and messages update as you type, which still isn’t very common even with all the AJAX hype these days. It’s refreshing to see someone put so much care into an oft-neglected website component.
By the way, I made this screenshot using the little-known, but oh-so-handy Snipping Tool in Windows Vista.
